Our basement was flooded with the largest amount of rainfall to hit Windsor Essex in history. We were devastated. After the insurance company cleaned and dried out our basement, we called Family Home Improvements to make the repairs. FHI had already completed two projects for us in the past on our previous home. With how busy our family was, we needed a company to oversee the entire process from start to finish to make this renovation project worry and as stress free as possible. Our project was completed on time and on budget with Mike as Mary overseeing the entire process. If we had any questions or concerns, they were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction.
