As a result of customer demand, we're currently seeking a skilled and reliable Kitchen and Bathroom Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Overview of the position:

We're looking for an experienced professional who can manage renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen and bathroom installations, including:

• Initial prep and demolition: Gutting existing spaces safely and efficiently.

• Layout planning: Coordinating with plumbers and electricians to ensure accurate and functional layouts.

• Drywall installation and finishing: Hanging, taping, and mudding to a smooth finish.

• Tile work: Setting tile in tub/shower surrounds, flooring, and backsplashes with precision and attention to detail.

• Minor plumbing tasks: Installing fixtures and ensuring proper connections.

• Accessory installation: Mounting mirrors, towel bars, shelving, and other finishing touches.

• Trim carpentry: Installing baseboards, casings, crown mouldings, and other decorative trims.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills - you’ll be interacting with clients regularly.

• Ability to problem-solve on-site and adapt to changing project needs.

• A positive attitude and professional demeanor.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset.
